Halmae - Session 09

Notes:

• we decide to get close then scout the town.
• then the full frontal assault! rawr!
• half a day out, we run into a scouting party.
• we setup an ambush.
• they came running in and tripped over the rope.
• dammit! ben's undead hill giants put down half the goblins! gar!
• i end up splatting two of them. whew.
• one-hitted a worg for 34 points of damage! rawr! 800 xp.
• we wander out into town to look.
• it's overrun with hundreds of goblins, bugbears -- and a red dragon!
• burned down buildings. all kinds of carnage.
• the book is in kyle's parents bar. still not burned down.
• we're gonna lure the dragon over to a clearing -- punk the dragon. animate it. ride it into town and burn shit down!!!!!!
• k zotted it and ran like a little girl. it followed him into the clearing.
• at 150 feet, we all had to make a dc 21 fear save. um. yeah. my will save is +0.
• i rolled a fucking 20. yep. i roll 20's, bitch. we're gonna fuck this dragon up.
• k enlarged all of us. k mirror imaged all of us.
• the giant skeletons missed their grapples.
• i tried to jump on the back of the dragon. hit. missed the ride. hit again (with a 20) missed the ride. shit. that's like 80 points of damage we missed out on. grrr...
